Some great tips! It was nice to read that I actively practice some of your techniques like drinking water and eating less! I also meditate and play sports. The one thing I might try is taking breaks! I do not think every 20 minutes is good for me. I get on a role and things start flowing. I do tend to push on and hit blocks where I need to refresh and practice taking short breaks! I am still new to writing! I never thought this would be in my future! Thanks again for great advice!
