A Coaches Good Bye Letter

Thank You, Ladies!

Hey girls! I wanted to wish you all a healthy and successful upcoming season! I am truly going to miss all of you! My ambition was to provide the best possible team experience! I hope I was able to produce that to some extent! I truly wanted to draw the best out of each of you! Hopefully, you all feel that I implemented some valuable lax knowledge that will continue to be beneficial in your future. More importantly, my intention was to present an example of a great teammate. You are all individually so bright and talented! Together you can do some great things! I hope you support each other and celebrate each other’s personal success as well as team success!

Please remember what it is like to be the “new” Freshman and treat them how you would want to be treated! How would you have wanted to be treated and what could the upperclassmen have done to make your experience better? Congratulations to all of you that earn Varsity this season! While you are on Varsity, continue to support your friends and teammates on the JV team. Encourage each other to always give your best! Our best is all we have to give!…right? So whatever position or team you land on, celebrate the fact you gave your best! If you fall short of your best, take the time to ask yourself what changes you can make! Always feel free to reach out! I am always willing to offer any advice or answer any questions for you! I am very appreciative that I had the opportunity to compete with all of you! Thank you for all of your hard work and effort! I miss you all! And I am so very proud to have been your coach!
